Driver Training
We offer a dedicated driver training app that covers every stage of development. It starts with orientation and walks drivers through critical tasks—pre-trips, inspections, coupling, uncoupling, backing, parking, and stopping on a grade. It covers driving techniques such as turning, railroad crossings, and cornering. The program is detailed and tracks progress daily, so you see each employee’s growth step by step as they master each skill.
Shop
Mechanics have access to general employee information and full equipment details. They see service schedules, due services, and equipment mileage. The system generates daily yard or maintenance sheets for all equipment. The shop keeps these updated by entering service documents and noting the mechanics who completed the work.
